I have the synopsis home unit. I want to use it when I awake in the middle of the night. Is there any way to mute or disable the beeping that occurs at the end of the cycle? Please help. Thank you!

Could you possibly let us know which particular program (programs) you are using?
Many of them are intended for use several hours before night time, in order for the brain to readjust the daily rhythms well before the actual sleep.
As individual brain activity patterns are shaped over a period of time they will not shift overnight so to speak.
The Synapsis device is a great tool for a gentle re-patterning (balancing) of communication between neuronal pathways towards their original state and, when used correctly, will help the brain to return to its normal healthy functioning.
